We are pleased to inform all our customers of an important regulatory change from the White House affecting the shipping of packages to the United States via PostNL. From 22/08/2025 all services from postNL to USA are suspended until future updates.

During this period it will be possible to ship all orders to United States via DHL Express, FedEX, and UPS.

From August 22, 2025, it will no longer be possible to send packages to the United States using PostNL's current method. We want to prevent your items from arriving late in the United States. All DDU orders and packages must be processed by the U.S. Postal Service before the new regulations take effect on August 29, 2025.

Following the White House's major regulatory change affecting shipping to the United States. A new directive requires payment of import duties and taxes on all goods entering the United States, regardless of their value. Effective August 29, 2025, PostNL anticipates that the U.S. Postal Service will no longer be able to perform customs clearance, therefore PostNL is exploring various alternatives for sending parcels to the United States.

We will keep you informed about available options once we receive updates from POstNL.
