  • What should I do before accessing or placing an order on this website?

    We advise you first to read our Terms & Conditions. By using our site, purchasing any product or service or performing any transaction, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, including other policies mentioned on the website www.rc-arlos.com, these Terms and Conditions are applicable to all the users of this site including browsers, customers, merchants, or any other contributor of the content.

  • Do I need an account to place an order?

    Yes you need to have an account to place an order.

  • What payment methods do you accept?

    We accept the following payment methods, VISA, MasterCard, Paypal, Maestro, V PAY, Bancontact, iDEAL, Bank Transfer.

  • What shipping methods do you provide?

    The main shipping method we provide is through Postnl, for resellers we can also provide through DHL Express as an option.

  • How long will it take to receive my order?

    It takes around 1 until 3 days for order and payment processing, you will receive an e-mail confirmation that your order has been processed and shipped. If you have not received such confirmation by fourth day or the next day, please contact us.

    Standard delivery generally arrives between 1-20 business days from the shipped date, excluding holidays. However, standard delivery range may vary due to many factors like your zip code, country, etc.

  • What is your return policy?

    We advise you to check and read carefully our Terms & Conditions, there you will find all the information about our return policy.

  • RC Arlos Factory will be responsible for any loss or damage caused to the product during the shipment?

    Rc Arlos shall not be responsible for any loss or damage to the product caused during transit. Please attach the insurance to your order during the check out.

    Then the carrier will be responsible for any loss or damage caused to the product during transit and will have to reimburse the customer.

  • What's our mail address?

  • I can't find the country where I live when I try to attach the address to my account.

    If you cannot find the country in our system we advise you to contact our customer service.

  • How can I become a reseller of Rc Arlos Factory?

    Yes it is possible to become our reseller, you need to send us your company/shop profile via email.
    Required information:

    • Business Name
    • Website
    • Years in Business,
    • Tax ID
    • Company/Shop Address

    All these info approval is required.

  • Where can I find Rc Arlos Factory dealer locations?

    You can find all our delaer location on our website on top by (Worldwide Dealer).

  • I registered an account on the website but did not receive the email to verify the login account.

    It may take a few minutes or a few hours to receive the email with the link to validate your email, it all depends on your email provider. We also advise you to check your Junk email or Spam email often the emails go there. In case you do not receive the email for verification, we advise you to contact us.

  • If Customs duties are incurred, who is responsible for them?

    Customs is a governmental agency responsible for regulating the shipments entering a specific country or region. All shipments being sent to or from region must clear Customs first. It is always the buyer's responsibility to clear customs and pay the relevant Customs duties. We do not add taxes, VAT, duty, or any other hidden charges.

  • If my items are detained by Customs, who is responsible for clearance of the items?

    If the items are detained by Customs, the buyer is responsible for clearance of the items.

  • What if my parcel is seized by Customs?

    If your items cannot be cleared from the customs, please contact us first. We will conduct further investigations with the shipping company on your behalf.

  • How can I return purchased items?

    Before returning any items to us, please read and follow the instructions below. Please make sure that you understand our return policy and that you meet all the criteria. The first step is to contact our After Sales Service, please provide us with the following information:

    • a. The original order number
    • b. The reason for the exchange
    • c. Photographs clearly showing the problem with the item
    • d. Details of the requested replacement item: the item number, the name and color
    • e. Your shipping address and phone number

    Please note that we are unable to process any returned items which have been sent back without our prior agreement. All returned items must have an RMA number. Once we have agreed to accept the returned item, please make sure you write a note  containing your Order ID number or Payment ID so that we are able to locate your order information. 

    The return or RMA process can only be initiated within 30 calendar days upon receipt of your items. We can only accept returned products that are in their original condition.
