Rc Arlos Factory & 24K RC Tecknology ensures that the products it provides meet usability and reliability requirements. If you need to make a warranty claim to us and it is applicable, please contact us directly. We’ll need some information. We will review your claim and reply to you within 1-3 business days via email. Keep in mind that sometimes our warranty emails will end up in your spam folder, so be sure to check there as well when waiting on a reply.
Six (6) Months to One (1) Year Limited Warranty.
Our warranty only applies to certain products, which means that not all of our products are covered by warranty. This warranty is only for our dealers and users who purchase directly from Rc Arlos Factory & 24K RC Technology.
Purchases directly with our resellers they will take care of the warranty claim of the products purchased from them.
Can I purchase an extended warranty?
Unfortunately extended warranties are not available.
In some cases, the warranty is not provided?
The warranty does not apply if the defect is due to.

- Intentional damage.
- Inattention.
- Damage during the transport.
